We Built Sunridge Differently
Our lived experience as parents of a son on the autism spectrum means we understand, firsthand, how overwhelming disability support systems can feel.
We know what it’s like to navigate uncertainty, to question whether support will be consistent, and to wonder if the people involved will truly understand your needs.
That’s exactly why we built Sunridge Support Solutions.
We created a service grounded in structure, reliability, and clear communication — the kind of support we would want for our own family.
Support that shows up.
Support that feels consistent.
Support you don’t have to second-guess.
Because for us, this isn’t just a service — it’s personal.
We intentionally keep our participant numbers small so we can provide consistent, relationship-based support — not rushed or impersonal care

Our Approach
We start with the person - not just the plan.
Yes, funding categories matter.
Yes, service agreements matter.
But understanding who someone is, what they value, and how they want to be supported matters more.
Because support should never feel generic or one-size-fits-all.
If something isn’t working, we address it — clearly and respectfully.
And if we’re not the right fit, we’ll be honest about that too.
Because the right support makes all the difference.
Our Team
GLENDA (Founder/ Managing Director)
Glenda is the founder of Sunridge Support Solutions and brings over four years of hands-on experience within the NDIS space, alongside a background in counselling and transformational support since 2012.
She also brings five years of experience working within the DVA space, supporting individuals with complex needs and ensuring services are delivered with structure, consistency, and care.
With both professional and lived experience — including raising a son on the autism spectrum — Glenda understands the system from both sides.
This allows her to support participants and families with empathy, clarity, and practical guidance — not just in theory, but in real life.
Her focus is on ensuring supports are not only in place, but genuinely effective, consistent, and aligned with each participant’s needs.
Glenda leads Sunridge with a simple belief:
Support should be reliable, well-communicated, and built on trust.
Glenda brings strong leadership and operational experience, ensuring Sunridge runs with structure, reliability, and clear systems in place

DAVE (Director – Operations /Maintenance / Practical Supports)
Dave brings extensive experience from the aged care sector, with a strong background in maintenance, safety, and hands-on service delivery.
At Sunridge, he oversees operations relating to home and yard maintenance, ensuring participants’ living environments are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
His work plays a key role in supporting independence — helping participants remain comfortable, secure, and confident in their own homes.
Known for his reliability and down-to-earth approach, Dave delivers practical support that makes a real difference day to day.
Together, Dave and Glenda ensure Sunridge provides not just support — but a well-rounded, dependable service participants and families can rely on.
Meet Levi
Levi is part of the Sunridge family and is known for his calm, gentle nature.
For some participants, animals can help create a more relaxed and comfortable environment, particularly during times of stress or overwhelm.
While Levi isn’t a formal therapy animal, he’s often close by and has become a much-loved part of the calm, welcoming environment we aim to create at Sunridge.
